My Story

With close to 25 years of experience, Karin Ravalese is a highly qualified ACSM Exercise Physiologist and holds an MSc. in Physical Education. She specializes in helping active, busy individuals who struggle with neck, back, hip, and knee discomfort. Karin provides solutions and strategies for a better night’s sleep, increased energy levels, and improved movement.
